Evaluation of some trace elements in infertile women in Najaf city, Iraq

A disorder of reproductive system called infertility is specified via the inability to get pregnant after a year unprotected, normal sexual activity. The goal presented work evaluate Cu, Zn, Se, and Fe levels in female Najaf city, Iraq. Trace elements could induce through altering several biological pathways within body. total 200 people participated case-control study, with 100 fertile women acting as control group experiencing case group. By using atomic absorption, amounts blood samples have been determined. When put comparison group, patient group's serum Se concentrations significantly decreased (p less than 0.05), whereas increased 0.05). BMI age variables, however, did not differ between two study groups. Between secondary primary infertile women, there are no significant variations mean concentrations. research found that lower, results regarding higher such women.
